Wu Family’s Chi Kung is practical, realistic and non-mystified. In actuality, it is a set of exercises that are celebrated in the martial arts world both for their health benefits and their efficiency in engagement. Chi Kung exercises combine movement, stillness, concentration and breathing exercises. Their primary goal is the total alignment of the body.
